Most of the nurses are very kind but avoid Dr Eatwell - he has the worst bedside manner of any medical professional I’ve ever met. He literally pushed me away from my mother as she was taking her last breaths and then immediately started matter-of-factly grilling my weeping family about arrangements to move “the body.” Zero empathy or compassion. He also appears super disorganized (it took him 3 days to sign my mother’s death certificate despite a number of reminder calls, which significantly delayed cremation). We heard the nurses talking at their desk about how difficult it is to work with him. The man obviously needs sensitivity training. (in the last week)

My family goes to this clinic for general health issues. We also see specialists in Rochester. Generally, I like this clinic and the staff is helpful and friendly. The ER is around back. Urgent Care has special hours. (a year ago)

Probably one of the worst clinics around, if you value your own health and life stay away. Stay away from Dr. Mikal. Poor service, misdiagnosis, wrong meds, run around on the phone if you can even get through, rude nurses, charges over the top for poor service. Treats elderly very poor, just wants your money. Pretty much a newer propped up bloated clinic without improvements on service, not even a good place to die. Lab almost never answers the phone. They don't value patients/ customers at all. New Ulm or Madelia much better. (a year ago)

I usually don't have any complaints but it's a pain everytime I call in because they usually end up accidentally hanging up on me. -_- (a year ago)

Avoid this place especially if you have bad or no insurance. They didn't help my friend's kid at all but bill they send was huge (few thousands just for filing papers it's too much) (a year ago)
