If I could give them zero stars, I would. My grandfather had his hip replacement scheduled for over two months. We get in there, they hook him up with IVs and heart monitors, make him take a bunch of pills, wheel him back to the operation room, and they didn't have any of the surgery supplies. The surgeon said with a smile on his face "Sorry, we don't have the peices and parts to do the replacement today". Unrealistically unprofessional. I reccomend visiting any other hospital instead of this hospital. DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE. (2 weeks ago)

This location resembles a zoo more closely than it resembles a health care facility. Schedulers making appointments without notifying me, making appointments on days different than what they DO notify me, impossible to reach the right person when I try to correct THEIR mistakes, doctors throwing around very serious medical conditions with little to no regard for implications of their words, and to top it off, the "patient experience" office isn't returning my calls. WHAT. A. MESS. Do yourself a favor and find health care elsewhere. (3 months ago)

My husband,Leland Knutson, wants to sincerely thank and praise the staff of the ER and Med/Surge unit for the care he received during his recent crisis 4/11/2018. His family is also greatful for the care and concern shown to them . God bless one and all. (2 months ago)

I am going to write about my son's experience. He went to the ER Tonight and had the worse doctor ever I had him once too and I refuse to be seen by him.. he's the rudest man ever. My son has been having pain for weeks and all the doctor did was tell him to go to the free clinic then gave him someone else's discharge papers. To me he should not even be working in a hospital. He doesn't listen and has the worse bedside manner then anyone I know. He just better hope nothing happens to my son cause he didn't do anything for him his butt will be sued. (8 months ago)

My son has been there, initial experience great. Every experience after was not. My son is diabetic and needs to be seen regularly. Will seek new clinic. God forbid you ask a question of a staff member, you're treated like a whiner or an idiot. (8 months ago)
