I would not have given ANY stars if that was an option. The worst clinic I have ever seen. and getting worse as they try to better it. Very obvious it isn't about the patients but how much money they can make. If you are late for an appointment, you get charged. If they are late coming in the room----NO BIG DEAL!!! YOUR TIME IS WORTH NOTHING. More than once I sat in the waiting room well past my appointment time. When I did get in a room, I waited NO LESS THAN 45 MINUTES TO SEE THE DR. I actually went out to see if they forgot me. the gentleman is right about the surgery. They schedule a time for you but no big deal. means nothing, they'll do the surgery when they are good and ready. Oh, then there's the billing dept. My insurance hadn't even had the time to process the bill and send them their payment when they were sending me nasty threatening letters. The very next day I got a letter about some fund raising and would I be willing to donate. ARE YOU CRAZY??? My husband and I are going to switch clinics. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY. STAY VERY FAR AWAY. You'd be better off going to veterinary clinic, really. My vet is better to my dog than this place is to humans. (3 months ago)

Honestly I don't believe I've ever walked away from this hospital feeling satisfied and well-informed... When i ask questions to fill the glaring holes in the discussion, I always feel like I didn't get the answer I needed, nothing ever seems to be well explained, and everyone in here is in such a hurry you'd think they were on their way to the hospital.. Yet the bill is still always there, but the treatment always requires another visit.. This hospital is a microcosm of the American Health Care system... (a month ago)

I have been a patient here for years, and my primary doctor is excellent and any other doctor that I have seen has been wonderful. I've had several surgeries and all has gone well and the post-ops have gone very well also. I have had physical therapy and have had very pleasant people. I have also been hospitalized and the nurses and staff are all wonderful. All in all I speak very highly of the Mayo Red Wing clinic and Hospital and pharmacy. (a month ago)

Very slow, very unorganized, and little communication between staff. Was told to make an appointment for surgery, called as soon as they opened since I went in to ER on a Sunday an tried getting this going for first thing Monday morning. After being told I would get a call back, surprise no call back. I dialed surgery again just to find out the doctor I was supposed to be meeting with took the day off. This place needs to get it together. Doctors are great, but to the front desk staff it seems to be just a job. (a month ago)

Horrible service, unprofessional, unethical, unorganized and the worst hospital ever! My father had serious medical testing, needed to be hospitalized, completed in the morning and no doctor to report the test results all day. They kept pushing off the consultation to report the results, he didn't see 1 doctor all day when he was admitted?. These were serious tests - life changing regarding the heart and lungs not working appropriately. HUGE concerns - will be reporting to the state department and medical board. I wouldn't bring my dog to this clinic or hospital as they would most likely screw that up. Save yourself the headache and go to a different provider?! It should be noted that the hospital is not "busy or even close to being filled? (a month ago)
