I was seen at the ER on 3/25/18 and received outstanding care! I was in an examine room almost immediately and seen by nurses and a doctor (Dr. Mackey) within minutes. They provided excellent care and arranged a transport and Direct Admit to OSU Ross Heart Hospital in a very short time frame. Thanks!! (a month ago)

Always professional conduct from the employees, never have I ever had an unsatisfactory experience. (a month ago)

I went to see Erin m mcIntosh and she was very rude. The kind of rude when it’s in your body laaungage and tone of voice. She kept repeating the same thing over as if I was an idiot. I asked my child a question and she answered for him. She also was in such a hurry she looked confused when I mentioned the other reason my son was being seen She Tried to hurry out the room without giving me time to ask any questions. I’d rather go to a different hospital even though this is the first negative experience I’ve had. She needs to go on maternity leave ASAP. (3 months ago)

This place is an absolute joke. Went there with severe pain in my abdomen and they told me I had a bladder infection. Put me on a strong antibiotic with god awful side effects. After a few days I still wasn't better so I called the hospital again and told them. Turns out they had got it wrong. I didn't have an infection, my test came back normal and they didn't know what was wrong with me. So after days of suffering longer than I needed to i was told they didn't actually know what was wrong with me and that I should go see my primary care doctor. I'm glad I called or I would have been in the dark even longer. This place is terrible and it would honestly be more benifical for your health if you went the extra 30 minutes to Marysville.
