Recent cataract surgery. All staff at reception, nurses and operating room personnel were welcoming and considerate. They listened to my concerns, carefully explained all procedures and provided reassurance. I will gladly have my other eye done there. (3 months ago)

Had OP Knee surgery there in Nov 2016. Great staff, Good flow, and Great Physician. Nurses took great care of me and the MD's kept me informed of the process right up until I was under anesthesia. Definitely would recommend Marlborough Hospital..... (2 months ago)

Horrible service each time I went. First time I brought my son in to get seen due to him having a high fever for a week straight which I Know is not normal, checked him out and told me he was fine and should get over the fever in a few days, few days later I took him in to see his PC doctor and she told me he had a sinus infection and needed to be on antibiotics for 10 days. Second time I went there was for myself. I went in by ambulance because I had second and third degree burns on my arm. I sat in the emergency room for 3 hours without getting seen, looked at , nor did they give me medicine for the pain. Wehn I asked if there was someone that can jus give me arm a quick look at because it hurts and I been sitting for so long , the nurse told me I can go and showed me the door. So the whole time sitting there i never received medical attention ;Worst hospital ever !!!! (2 weeks ago)

This place smells like a geriatric ward, always. My wounds were documented and left untreated for day's--mind you I was told that I could not eat until I had been medically cleared and gave a urine sample which then sat in my room for 24hrs. Having struggled with an eating disorder for years you may see how this can be very disregulating (2 weeks ago)

Simply put, this Hospital is completely incompetent and their "customer service" is atrocious. My wife visited the Emergency Room on 9/26/2017 due to stomach pains and we wanted to be cautious. After sitting in their waiting room for over 2 hours, we decided to leave as they could not provide any ETA of when we would be seen, and the pain had decreased. We were then billed $800 for "Ancillary Services" several weeks later. My wife called and spoke to someone, and they said there had been a mistake and there should not have been a bill. We later found out that $720 had been billed to our insurance company, and we now owed $80. After several more phone calls, each resulting in nothing other than people saying they would "call back", which of course, has never happened, they are now threatening to move the account to a collection agency. Only recently have they decided to use a new excuse, this time claiming they ran a pregnancy test, which is what the $800 charge is for. They never sent us any results of this "test", and today claim they have no record of us ever calling them. This is at least the 5th time we have called. Overall, if you are looking to get billed for "tests" and "services" that Marlborough Hospital never actually provides, then please, feel free to send your business to this Hospital. If you don't like getting charged for "tests" and "services" that the Hospital doesn't actually provide, you likely want to look elsewhere. It’s a travesty that Hospitals can do this to people without any recourse. While we were lucky in that this is a relatively small amount of money, I feel very bad for people who have inevitably been taken to the cleaners by this Hospital whom clearly lies to its customers.
