Recent cataract surgery. All staff at reception, nurses and operating room personnel were welcoming and considerate. They listened to my concerns, carefully explained all procedures and provided reassurance. I will gladly have my other eye done there. (4 weeks ago)

Had OP Knee surgery there in Nov 2016. Great staff, Good flow, and Great Physician. Nurses took great care of me and the MD's kept me informed of the process right up until I was under anesthesia. Definitely would recommend Marlborough Hospital..... (a week ago)

Simply put, this Hospital is completely incompetent and their "customer service" is atrocious. My wife visited the Emergency Room on 9/26/2017 due to stomach pains and we wanted to be cautious. After sitting in their waiting room for over 2 hours, we decided to leave as they could not provide any ETA of when we would be seen, and the pain had decreased. We were then billed $800 for "Ancillary Services" several weeks later. My wife called and spoke to someone, and they said there had been a mistake and there should not have been a bill. We later found out that $720 had been billed to our insurance company, and we now owed $80. After several more phone calls, each resulting in nothing other than people saying they would "call back", which of course, has never happened, they are now threatening to move the account to a collection agency. Only recently have they decided to use a new excuse, this time claiming they ran a pregnancy test, which is what the $800 charge is for. They never sent us any results of this "test", and today claim they have no record of us ever calling them. This is at least the 5th time we have called. Overall, if you are looking to get billed for "tests" and "services" that Marlborough Hospital never actually provides, then please, feel free to send your business to this Hospital. If you don't like getting charged for "tests" and "services" that the Hospital doesn't actually provide, you likely want to look elsewhere. It’s a travesty that Hospitals can do this to people without any recourse. While we were lucky in that this is a relatively small amount of money, I feel very bad for people who have inevitably been taken to the cleaners by this Hospital whom clearly lies to its customers. We were attended to very quickly and loved the thoughtful care we received. (a week ago)

I am shocked and appalled at how inefficient this hospitals processes and systems are. In mid Aug, I went in with a concussion. Even though I told them it was a workers comp claim, they found me in the system and billed my personal insurance instead of waiting for the claim info. The next day I provided the claim number and asked them please bill the claim and not my personal insurance. I began receiving bills for a $30 copay which I will not pay. I've called the business office numerous times. They keep calling and asking for various information that I have already provided telling me they can't complete the claim. I am wasting time away from my job calling to resolve something that never should have happened. Someone named Olivia left me a message and asked me to call and leave the claim #. Here we go again. That number didn't work so I am on the phone now on hold with the business office ....again. The woman is like a robot and keeps telling me that she is reviewing my records (same conversation as last week when I called). I want this to go away. The service by the NP and nurse during my visit was good though. They were both male nurses, knowledgeable, but I did remind them that this was a workers comp claim and not to bill my insurance.
