I needed a simple blood test ,however they say the new policy is to call and get your insurance payment info first. They claim they will call you once they have it, they didn't .... They claim they return calls however there is NO evidence of this alleged call in my call log. My other experience with this poorly run hospital is I had an appointment for a mammogram. I showed up with my orders, with the appointment time written down on top of it only to be told they didn't have me scheduled for an appointment and I would have to come back. Well again I went back to the lady who put in the computer my appointment and she said she did make the appointment, but I suppose they were just too busy to do it, so i will get this done at a real hospital, The Mayo clinic since it seems they just do not want to be bothered by patients . I can not recommend this hospital (a month ago)

5 months ago they operated on my husband of appendicitis, the staff was very good with us, the food they gave him was excellent, it seemed like a restaurant. the doctors were super friendly and explained everything to us. We are very grateful to all the staff (a month ago)

Dr Papp is the most kind and giving man. Thank you Dr. Papp for all you have done. (3 weeks ago)

Came in thru ER and from info desk the care was exceptional. The doctors show respect and from Victor to the many nurses my stay was awesome.. They explained every procedure.. They LISTENED. They made me feel like I was in good hands and I was. Respiratory Chris I the nicest guy. This hospital should be very proud. Thank you taking care of a stranger and treating like family. Came in with a case of the flu during peak flu season of 2015. They started running every test in the book on me. Swore I didn't have the flu. Admitted me. At the end of the 2nd day, a new doc checked my chart and said it looks like they forgot to run the flu test on me. A 10 second nose swab and 10 minutes later, it showed that I had the flu. Asked to be released. Waited 5 hrs to be released till 8 pm. Decided by then I was too wasted to leave. Finally got them to release me at 11 am next morning. They billed my insurance $22K for a simple case of the flu. Avoid them like the plague---or the flu! (7 months ago)
