This isn't a fair way to rate a hospital as it has different departments and I've had different experiences with each one. In the ER I've had tender care, but I remind myself they are there for acute services not diagnosis. Overall we've had a good experience (2 months ago)

Very compassionate staff. PT is awesome and lots of options with walk-in clinics now. (2 months ago)

I have always thought that Mahaska Health Partnership was wonderful that the Drs. and staff were top notch. I have only had 2 experiences with the Walk In Clinic and had no complaints. I had to take my elderly mother there recently and it was a sudden decision and a 45 minute drive. I was rushed and asked her to check the magnet on her fridge for a phone number and the hours. You guessed, no phone number on the magnet. We arrived 18 minutes before 8 and were told that they were closed and the Dr. was gone. Why post 8pm if it it isn't honored. We were told last patient had to check in 15 minutes before, that was what we were trying to do. It didn't matter that we drove 45 minutes to get there, we were told we should have called and gotten on the schedule. I couldn't believe this as doesn't that defeat the purpose of a "Walk In Clinic". (11 months ago)

Does this Clinic have a active phone number???? Been trying to reach someone for 15 min and it doesn't even ring, goes straight to voicemail. usually a normal health clinic has receptionist to answer the phones right?? its 9am so someone should defiantly be there! (8 months ago)

There the worst ones yet I had a high risk obgyn in Iowa City due to complication with me pregnancy and missed my appointment there now the nurse for doctor berges is telling me to go somewhere else or come sit everyday tell there an opening (7 months ago)
