Seen promptly, treat with utmost respect and amazing care! All the staff was extremely good too me. Didn't let me leave until I felt so much better! (a month ago)

Madison hospital is the only baby-friendly hospital in the area. The nurses are smart and treat you like family. Facilities are pristine and well-kept. The hospital is run perfectly from the top to the bottom. You can tell the staff are proud to work at this hospital. (a month ago)

Madison Hospital does have some good doctors, some good nurses as well as some good staff members. However, some of the workers just don't care about the patients and they are also indifferent. Dr. Aletha Edison is the best doctor there. She is professional, kind and caring. Madison Hospital can be very uncaring, though. Sometimes, they don't give a hoot and oftentimes, they render misdiagnosis that could lead to problems. Also, it took over an hour of leaving a message for Erica P. today, and of speaking to several workers including two different Ashleys, Alice (Twice),Helen, Angela, and Mallory. No one seemed to want to go the extra mile. Finally with much ado, we got Daphne. She was professional, educated and thorough. She got the job done. We left a kudos message for her supervisor Gary H. Hopefully, she will get promoted. (a month ago)

My child needed at least an X-ray after 3 weeks of continued body pain and possible concussion (during triage for the body pain he revealed that he 'blacked out for a second' when he fell off the wall 😯).The ER doctor refused to do any scans on basis of some REMOTE theory that MRI can trigger cancer!! I asked for an X-ray, nope. I wasn't intimidated, I was too tired, frustrated and fed-up to ask him to show me the singular research paper for his basis. I needed a tag-team approach with the ER. I went to Madison Hospital with chest pains on 6/18/2018 they gave an electrocardiogram and some blood tests and i was told that i probably had indigestion . they said just to be sure they gave me a name of a cardiologist and said i should make an appointment with him. i went there and was told that i could see him on Aug.17th.i'm thinking i'll be dead by then so, rather than waiting to die, i went to two more hospitals emergency rooms and was told the same thing, indigestion. not satisfied with their opinions when my family doctor was available i went to him and told him what my symptoms were. He agreed with me that i had a heart issue and made an appointment with Dr.Arthur Constantine of St.Thomas West of Nashville. After meeting him he suggested that i come to the hospital in two days for some surgery. He found that one of my main arteries was 98% blocked and put a stent in that saved my life. If i would have waited like three emergency rooms wanted me to, i would be dead right now. I owe my life to this man, Thank you Dr. Arthur E. Constantine . (in the last week)
