My dad went to the ER there he had a minor heart attack. My mom and I went to see him and the nurse named Caroline in the ICU was amazing with my dad!!!!! I wish she can be his nurse the whole time he’s there that’s how great she was. She seemed so caring and my dad was so comfortable with her was joking with her she with him it was just sooo nice to see. Then my dad had some more complications and then we got to meet two other doctors and they were great as well so very nice and seemed very caring. Everyone we met that day was extremely nice and made my mom and I very happy that he’s in such good hands. (a month ago)

Worst place. If they could get negative stars, I'd do it. Wait times are forever even without that many people. The bathrooms are disgusting. They knew I was experiencing severe nausea and for their own beliefs, refuse to give me any anti nausea medicine. They said my body would adjust to it, but I can't even drink water. I've lost 10lbs in a week. I haven't eaten for days yet they still didn't care and refused to provide me with proper medication because of their "beliefs". Waste of money, if I had known they weren't going to treat me properly, I would've went elsewhere. I'm low income with no insurance and they were very aware of this, yet they still didn't treat me properly. Now I'm going into debt on top of STILL being so sick. (in the last week)

THE WORSE ER HOSPITAL TO EVER TO GO!!!!!! It can be an empty waiting room. And you still won't be seen for about an hr or 2 later. They do that just to get money from you or the insurance. Not worth whatever energy you got to go there. I've been to different hospital before this is by far the worst. Nurses are lazy and joke around. Er doctor don't really want to see you. Piece of s*** waste of space. Just my opinion!!!! (4 months ago)

GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!! Got here at 8:57 pm with my boyfriend since he had a horrible fever and was not able to breath. Took forever to get anyone attend us! Very rude and unprofessional. We were told only 1 doctor for the emergency room and only near death patients were treated first. And still we have not been attended. So far 5 hrs of nothing. Please do not come here waste of time and money (3 months ago)

Terrible doctors ignorant nurses oblivious security everything you can imagine that could be wrong with a hospital this hospital is I've sat in the er on 5 different occasions for over 6 hours at a time and wasnt given any actual medical help just had blood tests taken and was charged an insane amount of money for nothing four better off going to Loyola (3 weeks ago)
