Worse emergency department. 😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑don't even want to talk about it, this place is not worth the waiting, if it's an emergency pls go to MGH Boston instead, they will take care of you. The only nice person is the receptionist that's been there for 5 years, the rest suck. (2 months ago)

Went into the ER the other night around 1am due to excruciating pain in my ear, my pain level was a 7 when I was check over by the triage nurse. 3 hours go by as I am practicly in tears from the pain and nothing, no offer of even tylonal or advil to attempt to get rid of the pain slightly. Once I asked how much longer it might take, the reseptionist said "well we are quite busy tonight so I am not too sure sir". There was only one person in the waiting room with me and also did not see a single ambulence arive during my wait. I ended up walking out at that point and ended up waiting to go to urgent care the next day. (4 months ago)

I am delighted with Dr. Buchwald and his staff. Always friendly and professional. (4 months ago)

Nice professional doctors. Desk staff some! jaded stank attitude Mamacita's. (3 months ago)

Rolled my ATV and really messed up my back. The doctor barely looked me over and basically ignored the fact that I could barely move my right leg. Pain was a 10 and he ordered Tylenol. The nurse eventually got him to order something stronger via IV but only after I vomited all over the floor (the pain was that bad). He also ordered Torodol which is an NSAID which I am allergic to. They then had to give me Benadryl and epinephrine which stopped my throat from swelling shut. I had one of those wrist bands on that said allergies NSAID and it was in my records. Neither the nurse nor the doctor bothered to read/check with me, the wrist band, or my records. The doctor left an hour later and the new doctor ordered Dilaudid for the pain which really helped. She also asked if I was breathing better, which I was. I over heard her talking to my new nurse and she said well doctor idiot almost killed another one. They ended up transferring me to Burlington Lahey(?) Hospital. They did a CAT SCAN of their own and MRI which showed I had several herniated discs and narrowing of my spinal canal. They couldn't figure out why doctor idiot didn't see these things from their own CAT SCAN. I'm giving two stars only because the doctor and nurse that took over my care did an excellent job. Not hard to figure out why the doctor and nurse who I was treated by first we're on night shift. I'm a paramedic and have seen my share of bad medical personnel but those two were among the WORST!
