Kelly FNP in the ER department is a wonderful treating NP. She is compassionate and caring. I was very blessed to have been treated by her. Her performance was excellent along with her teaching of diagnoses. Along with her I was also cared for by Haley RN in the ER who was amazing! Great care and treatment. I was admitted and I would love to acknowledge the nurses that were amazing and took wonderful care of me. They are Jon RN (night shift), Cristal RN and Ari RN (day shift) wonderful nurses! This rating is for the hospital administration who do not know what it is like on the floors. Husband had surgery on his shoulder. Nursing staff was short handed, never at the desk when we needed ice pack refilled, ask a question, needed linens etc. The nurses that were there were so nice and it was not their fault. If I had not spent the night his care would have suffered. I took care of his toilet needs, feed him(he was one handed), got him clean gowns etc. The biggest downfall was the social worker who acted like she was really going to be helpful in setting up his after care ( home health agency). Wrong answer. She did nothing. She said she did but dr office verified she did NOTHING. The doctors office is THE ONLY reason that we got the home health agency coming to the house four days later than was supposed to happen. Twyla does not do her job effectively. She called like she was going to do something but the dr office kept on top of it for us. We were really disappointed in this stay in the hospital. We will think long and hard next time. My daughter was brought in by ambulance for chest pain an a seizure an they were going to send my daughter home still in pain. Finally did a ekg an blood work. I said no she is still hurting o OK we will give her something 2 hours still nothing. They seem to be very very busy but when i go to the desk there is 6 or 7 people standing around talking.Very rude staff we have been waiting hours for pain medication on to be told ur nurse is doing the best she can. Never again. (a month ago)

My husband has been here since early AM and they have been wonderful. (a month ago)

Mrs.Nikki don’t know her last name but she’s in the x-ray building. She’s very rude!!! I didn’t sign some papers all the way because I didn’t know , so usually nurses or the ladies in the regrister are nice and tell you with a nice smile where to sign and she didn’t she just smack her teeth while telling me and then throw the papers at me back and slam them... I don’t appreciate that at all. Very rude. Horrible woman. Horrible hospital!!! (3 months ago)
