Sad that someone who is never sick comes in with a polled muscle and a bp 156/112did not recheck the b0 or ask pain level what a joke . It's like paying doctor with bunch of kids.but he was good can hear breath sounds while patent is talking to him (a month ago)

The staff, Nurses, Doctors, Surgical staff, Anesthesiologist, Kitchen, Housekeeping, etc. Etc. EVERYONE IS GREAT THERE. I JUST HAD SURGERY AND I COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER HOSPITAL. GOD TRULY LED ME THERE. SO PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE. (10 months ago)

This facility does not even deserve one star. I am a registered nurse of almost 20 years and a lot of that time was spent working in the ER/ICU/MedSurg. I never go the hospital because I usually am able to treat myself. On this morning however I was afraid because I had a headache for 3 days and it was the worst headache I'd ever had. It woke me from my sleep around 4am so I got my daughter out of bed and had her drive me to this facility, which is closest to my home, but still 30 minutes away. When we arrived the receptionist made the comment "you are lucky, there is no one else here so you'll be seen quickly". We still set in the waiting room 10-15 minutes before being called back. The ER nurse took my vitals and put me in a room. I explained to her about my headache and that it had woke me up and I was very concerned. Once in the exam room I still waited 20-25 minutes before the doctor came in, even though I was the only patient there and with what I consider a urgent complaint. The ER doctor came in and asked me a few questions, told me I had a migraine, offered my some a pill that contained acetaminophen and caffeine ( which I declined) and left. I asked about a possible CT scan and he said there was no need, it was just a headache. He was in my room a total of 2 minutes. I left as scared and I came and still was not able to rest. If that wasn't bad enough, this facility charged my insurance $800 for taking my vitals and I have to pay a little over $100 of that out of pocket. This does not even include the physician's bill which is separate from the hospital's. I believe I did not receive appropriate care that morning and would never trust them to take care of me or any of my family members again. I did notify the hospital of the poor care I received but they were not concerned, they only wanted to know how I would like to pay the bill. (2 years ago)

I would NOT even give it 1 star. worst hospital I have ever been too. They almost killed my brother in law who ended up leaving and going to Holsten valley in TN.. The doctor was nothing but an Idiot and a smart ass, She told him that they can send him home with some antibiotics but that he needs to get up and leave. Mind you he has an Infection in his Blood stream. Holsten Valley is filing a report against them. If they don't like their job and are not truly passionate about saving/helping people then why would they become doctors/RN and nurses???? Go back to School or get another job. My brother in law who is just in his late 20s almost died because of you idiots. (2 years ago)
