My son was in the Pediatric ICU and the entire staff was amazing! They took great care of my boy. The food was very good as well! There’s a Loma Linda Market within walking distance which makes wonderful smoothies. (3 weeks ago)

RN in ER was Amazing! Once we were transferred to the hospital it was a major disappointment. Attempted to order food for my daughter and myself and was advised I could not pay with credit card, cash only. Who carries cash anymore?! So forget about the hospital accommodating “your needs” as a parent. Let alone the chair restriction...one chair per room. So no visitors for your family. Don’t bother asking for any “extra” accommodations. Customer service is not the hospitals forte. (3 months ago)

They were amazing with my son! Both the physician and nurses were amazing! They explained everything to my husband and my self. They talked to my son in his level and really listened to him! This is the place I will taking my children from now on! (2 months ago)

The experience for me being there with my sister(the patient) was going good the first day but the second day wasn't as good as the first, her nurse didn't seem as friendly or understanding like she was, she gave me this vibe like she was losing her patience and I'm pretty sure my sis as well because she is a sensitive person, it was her first baby she's terrified, her nurse even left during my sister's birth the only nurse in the room instructing her to push then just leave the room to go get the nurse relieving her and that nurse continue on with my sis giving birth, a second nurse came in about five mins before my sis actually gave birth to her, get through one set of contractions, get distracted on whatever only to realize the baby's head was more than crowning then it looked like what seemed to be one nurse lightly pushing on the baby's head and instructing my sis to stop pushing so they could call the doctor, after my sister gave birth the ones that were working on the baby because she had alittle trouble breathing were jerks because the female and male who were tending to the baby seemed so easily irritated and confirmed it when the male sorta snapped they had a job to do to my mom and oldest sister and closed the door to the room they had the baby in after they left, yes I understand that they got a job to do but all of them could have been a little more patient and stop acting like, just another day, just another baby because this was mine and my mother and sisters first baby, niece and granddaughter and totally unaware and concerned about her whole pregnancy, labor and delivery. So all in all I'm just upset with the vibe of the staff being irritated and how they could of been more patient being what was the biggest day for us ever, May 26, 2018 @ 8:05AM. (a month ago)

I had the WORST delivery experience here!!! The attending physicians are completely inattentive, while their residents rotate playing doctor every 24 hours. They could have killed my baby, had he been in my birth canal any longer. There are descrepencies on my chart from the actual care. Everyone just seems to fly by the seat of their pants and hope it all works out! DONT have your baby at Loma Linda, if you can help it! (2 months ago)
