Location and Directions

I work at Logan Regional Hospital, so it’s especially exciting to see quality care when I or a family member are here as a patient. A member of my family recently had surgery in Same Day Surgery. The experience was fantastic. The recovery room was clean, the nurses were knowledgeable and caring, the day flowed smoothly, and we went home on time with all our questions answered. It was a very positive experience for what otherwise could have been a scary and uncomfortable day. (a month ago)

Hospital ER Staff were so confident that I was faking it. That they began to ignore me in the ER. It wasn't until Dr Bishop came, I was saved. But the staff continued to speak terribly about me. And I could hear them. I am here because one doctor cared. The rest were completely ignorant and talking about me to others. Even in my own hospital room. Thank you for nearly killing me. I’ve had two surgery’s here including cancer and I’ve loved my experience. They’re kind and understanding. (in the last week)

I've only had to deal with the Emergency Department here, but every time I have come in, I have been seen relatively quickly and was very satisfied with my care. Next time I need to go to the ER, I'll gladly come here. (a month ago)

They did not treat my life threatening medical condition. I was simply given pain medicine, nausea medicine, and a half ass exam. They did not allow me to eat ice chips and I did not even get an IV bag of fluids. Guess they wanted me to become dehydrated. I was not listened to and sent home in the same condition I went there in. These IHC hospitals are such a joke. (a month ago)
