This hospital experience was perfect from beginning to end. My husband was taken to the ER with chest pain and had very fast and thorough care. After being admitted, he had great doctors, nurses, dietary, various testing professionals, etc that were all the very best. We have no complaints about any part of his hospitalization or ER experience. The food was also excellent! Thank you all for taking such great care of my darling. (3 months ago)

I took my 3yo here for a fractured shoulder, everyone was professional and friendly even though at times I was freaked out and may have come off rude. The doctors and nurses were so nice to her through all the screaming and crying and even covered her sling in stickers before they gave it to her. I wish I remembered their names. I also delivered my daughter at the lexington hospital and the maternity ward treated me so well I would rate higher than 5 if I could. (2 months ago)

If I could give this less than a star I would I was seen Saturday and my condition has only gotten worse! I have an infection but yet no one wants to give me an antibiotic they just want me to go back again so they can get more money out of me (3 months ago)

Was here with my father. ER was so slow. There are so many people here that shouldn't be in the ER. If you are eating snacks, drinking soda and chatting on the phone, it's NOT an emergency. No organization there. Real emergencies should come first. After getting called back, not much better. Hospital is full of flu patients and nurses don't wear any masks and half the time don't use gloves. They put his percocet in a cup then left it unattended. After finally giving him his meds, they threw the package away. However, apparently the info didn't go into the system and the nurse needed to get the package back from the trash. Without any gloves he reached into the trash got the package. After scanning the package, he threw it away and walked out. No gloves and never washed his hands. Not 1 person washed their hands. Never saw a Dr in the ER, only PA's. After being admitted, it was ok. His food order was not correct and what he did get was horrible. Trash from nurses (caps from items, package trash, etc) was all over the floor, and no one came to clean in over 24 hours. Not happy with this place. Had it not been an emergency, my parents would have traveled further to go to CMC Northeast in Concord. (3 months ago)

Came in a few months ago due to having a swollen mouth and in excutiating pain and having an obvious problem and all I got was tylenol and a nerve block shot in the back of my mouth. Came back 2 hours later with the swelling worse than it was 2 hours earlier and then and only then did they realize that I needed emergency surgery! Had to be transported to Baptist in Winston that same night to have the surgery. Needless to say, You pretty much better be dying to get any pain relief at all. Save your time and go to Thomasville medical center or Baptist in Winston. (4 months ago)
