Update April 2018 The on demand lab prices have doubled since the last time I visited for thyroid blood work, $94 is the new cost. It is no longer worth it for me to use the on demand service when I can just go to my doctors office cheaper...It was worthwhile when the cost was $50. Original Review: I have used the lab services on many occasions. The reason I keep returning is due to the friendly staff and never spending longer than 15 minutes, from doing the paperwork to the blood draw procedure, very efficient at what they do.The prices are a fraction of what the doctors offices charge.. Everyone working in the outpatient surgery center is wonderful! Everyone was so polite and attentive, and they took great care of my 1 year old. Special thank you to all of the nurses here. (a month ago)

2 hours later of sitting in the lobby, I get a room. 30 minutes waiting and no one comes in yet.... but I seen others from the lobby leave a hour ago. I only have a cold, how can this take this long?! Nurses and staff are cutting up and talking in the hall. But patients are still waiting. Yesterday my boyfriend was here about a broken arm. His nurse was fired on the spot, and he was walked outside by security in case the terminated employee came after him, no discharge information was gone over with him. Get it together people! Work! I absolutely love everything about this urgent care. They are attentive and caring about you the person, whether you have insurance coverage or not, they have options for you. Their staff is always friendly and I only go to this urgent care when I need care. Hospitals do not give you the level of service you receive here. I love this place and I recommend that everyone go here. If you have had an unpleasant visit here, I apologize bc normally these people are the absolute best. (4 months ago)
