It depends on what floor you go on. The wait either way is utterly ridiculous. I went in to the ER 7mos pregnant having contractions, vomiting, & severe pelvic pain. Not only myself but the hospital staff also thought I was in early labor & I STILL had to sit & wait in the waiting room. The nurses in the maternity ward are outstanding but the nurses/doctors on common ground I guess it would be are ignorant. I’ve been to the ER previous times for having panic attacks & the red headed male doctor basically told me, “Idk why you’re here idk what you want us to do. Go home.” I had to get blood work done & the phlebotomist had the band around my arm so tight that my arm was completely numb & literally turning blue. I told her, “Ma’am that’s too tight it hurts.” And she goes, “Oh quit being a baby.” And proceeded to stick me 5 different times. She obviously didn’t know what she was doing. (a week ago)

Thank you for assessing my injury and giving me the care I needed. After seeing firsthand the seriousness of many of the patients you see at one time, I now understand how fortunate we are to have these services in our town. I also understand why many of the non-emergency cases may need to wait in order for you to save lives. Special thanks to my nurse, Mary, for her compassion and smile! (4 months ago)

Went to the hospital got there at 2pm sat there and waited until 445 to get called in. Lady in triage said are you guys coming as we just got up, mind you the person I am with cannot walk so I had to push the wheelchair. Very rude. And said they will call security bc of course we had something to say back to that. Got that 1 step done then had to get blood work that got taken at 5:50 exact times bc I just wanna prove how much of a joke this place is... then the lady who took the blood work said it’ll be an hour... WELL that turned into being 7, 8 rolls around I’m like okay this can’t be that long. I asked the lady she said another hour we left what a joke not a kind soul in that bitter place sorry you work in that profession maybe you should quit (2 months ago)

The Gunderson physical therapy is wonderful I would recommend it to anyone who needs Pt or it the staff there is wonderful and so is the floor Dr (in the last week)

This hospital is the worst hospital I have ever set foot in. The service in the emergency room is garbage! I have never seen such disregard for human health. I witnessed a person literally rolling on the floor in pain and the nurses at the desk genuinely turned their head. The staff in the emergency simply can not be bothered to DO THEIR JOB. You will sit there for HOURS without exaggeration and the nurses won’t even blink in your direction. This hospital is the worst. (2 months ago)
