This organization is very inflexible when it comes to their billing department. I offered to pay in full a bill with an outstanding balance of over $2100.00 if they would give me a small 5% discount. They said no! I asked how it was that they would greatly reduce or eliminate a bill for a "poor" patient but wouldn't even consider ANY discount for me when I have been a returning customer and always paid my bills on time. The standard answer I got was, "I'm sorry sir, but that is our policy." Okay, here's my policy. I won't do business with companies that don't appreciate my business enough to be flexible in their "policies." There are other options available. I can not recommend Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital. We have had good experiences in the past here. Will let you know how it goes after this round. This time the nurses took really good care of me. The food dept. sucked - they never understood that I had dietary needs. (in the last week)

Started in the ER, went to ICU for a couple days and then just to a regular room for a few more. All staff was amazing through the whole scary ordeal! Nurses are super supportive! (3 weeks ago)

The facility is clean and modern, and most procedures are streamlined as compared to other facilities in the area. I've also had a good deal of success is getting my issues fixed here. Quick and effective, that's the gist. (2 months ago)

The nurses will call CPS on you for no apparent reason! My girlfriend had her baby here 3/13/2018 and a nurse called CPS on us because we wanted to be discharged after the doctor said we were cleared to be discharged from the hospital! CPS came to our house the following morning to check on baby, they deemed child was fine and left! (2 months ago)
