I should of read the reviews about the ER before I came. Dr. Lawrence was so unhelpful! I could tell from the beginning that he didn’t really want to help! He just told me to go back to my doctor who was already unable to help me that is why I came to the ER! I was getting ready to leave and saw my untested urine sample sitting on the sink. The doctor didn’t even mention that, even though he is the one who ordered the test in the first place. Finally, someone came in and checked it. As I was leaving they made sure to ask me for my payment. I am so disappointed!!!! I usually don’t write reviews, but this one had to be written. (in the last week)

I can’t even begin to explain the traumatic experience I just had here. A medication they gave me made my symptoms worse to the point of putting me into a panic attack. I am still so upset. 3 hrs in pain, having a full blown panic attack and they did nothing to help me. I now feel worse and ended up just asking to leave as I would rather be in my own bed trying to cope with my current symptoms then be there and have them do nothing as I cry other then offer me water. I am shock that I just want through this to be worse then I was. I can’t even fathom how they could just sit and watch a patient as there blood pressure skyrocketed crying in complete panic and not do anythig for them The staff was nice, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of treatment received. I hope you guys can get it together and help a patient better then you did for me. (a month ago)

What a great group of people! They care and they want to help. I had a fantastic experience with Cynthia in the gift shop and the volunteer staff helping me out with a friend who was there. Great experience. (3 months ago)

It's a hospital. ER is convenient for people in Tualatin to get to. Given the size of the population of the area wait times are usually not that bad. Been there more than my fair share of times and each time staff has been pleasant and informative. Wait times for imaging tend to run long, but otherwise no complaints. (5 months ago)

I get that the ER needs to work as fast as possible, but I didnt exactly get the most ideal service. 1 brain scan, a diagnosis for epilepsy, and I'm pushed off to a neurologist. They gave me the diagnosis paperwork, a description of epilepsy, and a phone number. I had to request to get any other important information on what I'm dealing with as well as a financial assistance application, meaning long calls on hold. I'd think it would be beneficial to be given all said info & speak to an on-site doctor about my situation. Only giving a 3rd star because they have helped me tremendously financially. They cut a large portion of the bill off because i dont have insurance. I also applied for financial assistance and some have been very kind through the process. Others have been extremely rude & impatient through their busy day. *Recently, i was hung up on twice by the EEG "department" (...?) after calling 11 minutes after they closed. I get that you want to go home, but at least have the decency to answer and tell me you're closing up shop. Overall, the majority of service given is poor. For a hospital, thats absolutely ridiculous. (2 months ago)
