When I had my stices in my eye they were so friendly to help me out (a month ago)

Our experience with Deadwood Regional was amazing! Nurses were very helpful as first time parents, our little girl (1yrs old) had taken a tumble down the stairs! All very understanding and helpful as this was a scary time for us! Everything turned out okay with our girl, and we left for home the very next morning! Karen Murphy I believe was our ER nurse, she and another gal did an amazing job! Thankful for such wonderful staff on your team. We even got a follow-up phone call a few days after we got home! Thank you and keep up your generosity! (a year ago)

If i could give 0 i would. (a month ago)

I took my son to the emergency room, we thought my 12 year old broke his foot. All of the staff were super friendly and made sure my son was comfortable and well taken care of! I've never had such a wonderful emergency room experience!!! (a year ago)

Poor business practice. I had to visit this hospital for an X-ray after a clinic visit down the hall 100 yds away. Not once was it mentioned that insurance would NOT cover the X-ray in the hospital as an outpatient visit. So now I am stuck with a $220 bill, after paying a $25 co-pay at the clinic. I will be going to Spearfish from now on. Thanks for blindsiding me because their front desk was either too lazy to mention, or that is their typical "practice". (a year ago)
