The labor and delivery unit here is amazing. My wife had our second baby on March 13th and all the staff that came into the room (room#3)were sweet to her. Until this day my wife still talks about her nurse Christina because she was very knowledgeable and sweet to my wife. My wife’s epidural didn’t work and several nurses and the anesthesiologist came into the room several times to see what they could do to ease her pain. The compassion they all had especially Christina was amazing. She had to deliver with no pain medication and because of all the nurses and midwife Martha my wife was able to do it with no complications. I will forever be thankful for this team especially my wife’s L&D nurse Christina and recovery nurse Jessica. I hope to one day be able to thank and show our appreciation to our L&D nurse Christina in person. Keep up the good work Medical city! (3 weeks ago)

I've got to say this is by far the best hospital we've been to yet. Just checked my father in law in to the ER and so far we are beyond happy with the staff and how well they have been taking care of him. I pray that his hospital stay is just as great. Thank you so so much for the love you'll put into your jobs. (That's what it's all about not just the pay check)May the good Lord bless you all in everyway and may He continue to give you all what He's been giving you'll to be the way y'all are now. AMEN 🙌 (a month ago)

This hospital was great when I had my son 4 years ago and it was Las Colinas medical center. This time around for my delivery they charged me emergency room fees and extra fees that I was never charged before (I had a natural delivery and never went to the ER EVER and stayed at the hospital for a total of only 30 hours). They tried to charge me for products I never got or double charge me for things they gave me and got left in the first room before they moved me to my recovery room. I am very upset and no one seems to even be trying to help me when I call they just keep sending bills after I’ve disputed the charges multiple times. Theyve billed my insurance for every fee they could have too. All they want is your money and that’s sad. It really makes the experience so bad after delivering my son. (in the last week)

Never got a call for my sons lab results. Called and the lady asked why I needed Them! And to log in on the website but I couldn’t because I did not sign some paper. Ugh! Awful. The one on Forest lane as well. The dr didn’t believe what I was telling her. She questioned me like my son didn’t have a problem. I went to Parkland and are getting him tested like he should of had in the beginning. The only thing that they had going fir them (MC) is that they are fast . (2 months ago)

Las Colinas Hospital has been Amazing!! My Girlfriend was admitted threw the ER for 5 days and every nurse, doctor, tech, food ect... has been so nice and helpful. I stayed with her for the 5 days and they even asked me if I needed anything. Just all around it was a good stay considering. Thank you to EVERYONE @ Las Colinas Medical Center. 💜 (2 months ago)
