We had a great experience. My mother came down with appendicitis. She was transferred here from Vik. The team was ready and waiting to take her into surgery. Everyone was nice and attentive. The house seemed clean and in order. The surgery went well. The doctor came out and said everything went fine and she could possibly even go home. After a short time a nurse came out and said she was doing great. About an hour later they said she could go home if she wanted. I picked her up. The 3 nurses that assisted her into the truck were all super nice and away we went. Thank you for taking care of her!!! (a month ago)

If you have a serious illness, do not go to this hospital. It looks like a large hospital. It is new. It looks serious. It is not. It is mostly empty, they have limited capabilities, and management is seriously unethical. I took my elderly father there, and they acted like his illness was no big deal. They also assumed that we were ok with minimal medical care. He became irreversibly ill while here. I believe they could have done more, but simply wrote him off. In the end, management over-rode doctor recommendations to transfer him. I raised hell with the CEO and insisted he be transferred. He was finally transferred but it was too late. At least he died in a compassionate hospital. I would not take my dog to this place. (in the last week)

I can’t say enough good things about the Endoscopy team here. 1st class all the way. Answered all my questions and always smiled the whole way through my procedure. The facility is very nice as well. Glad to have it in my back yard. (2 months ago)

Came in with my mother around 10 pm because she was experience multiple symptoms, such as sharp lower back pain, deafness in one ear, and difficulty breathing. Doctors examined her, obviously not interested in her complaints, and proceeded to run standard tests. They failed to bring her water after multiple requests and did nothing about her difficulty breathing. Though she wasn’t experiencing anything fatal, I still felt that there was a lack of actual caring towards her serious complaints. I’ve had many good experiences here in the past and am very disappointed in how this stay is going. Staff spend more time discussing personal matter at the nurses station outside the rooms rather than updating the patients and following up on their complaints. (a month ago)

I loved it here got great attention from Dr. Brian Spears an from the nurse Rhonda she was amazing ! We were taken to a room really quick an seen by doctor Brian an told us what was going on with our baby. So thankful for this place to be so close from home. (2 months ago)
