My mom and my grandma was at the hospital last night, my grandma has already waited 3 hours by this time and a baby that was there for close to 4 hours hasn’t even been called. Well they called my grandma and she gave the baby her spot. After that they started saying my grandma had to wait hours more. When my mom questioned them about it they was rude and disrespectful. There is actually a video of this incident. This is a nice hospital but it has the worst staff. I’ve never seen a place with so many rude workers. Truly my family’s last visit. (4 weeks ago)

I think everyone that worked their butts off to save me in October 2014. I am alive and well because you all had the knowledge to save me. When hope didn't look so good for me, you didn't give up on me. I wish that I knew all of your names so that I can personally thank you. You all are awesomeness! (4 months ago)

I just have to say that all the staff on the maternity ward and Dr. Cunningham are among the best people i have ever been blessed to have met. They really care about their patients and do a wonderful job. You all have made my experience a great one, and I cant thank you enough for all the help, the advice and the care you provided. My daughter and I want to say good luck to each one of you, we wholeheartedly thank and appreciate the time you took for us and the treatment you provided. You all have shown that this is much more than just a job/career, it radiated how this is a beginning to new life and good health that you wish for each woman that comes through your ward. Thank you LCRH maternity and Dr Cunningham. May God bless you! ❤ (5 months ago)

*A PUBLIC COURTESY ANNOUNCEMENT * * IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING* It's time for change. It's affecting people's health and well-being both psychological and physical. You can pretend that it's not happening and they can cover it up and bury it and you can ignore it but it will not stop this from happening. This hospital is terrible the staff in this Hospital are terrible the treatment you receive from this hospital is terrible. These people are terrible people. Somebody's got to do something and we've got to do it together don't be afraid to speak up and starts with words and awareness. Take a stand and tell people one of them in fact that this place is an absolute nightmare when taking a hospital into consideration. So many people are forced to go to UK and sometimes as far as Tennessee just because this hospital is so absolutely atrocious. Don't trust me with your elderly don't trust them with your life. They will bury this and they will speak out against those who take a stand but I promise you this hospital is the wrong answer. It is time to change , don't be silent . (4 months ago)

I won’t be back to Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, due to my experience with the ER nurses and doctor that checked me in. They belittled my health concerns and were very unprofessional. I left with stress rather than relief. The drive to Lexington will be well worth it next time- not going to waste my time, money, or health on people who don’t care. (3 months ago)
