i've been to this place a few times now but last night I had the best service I've had in any hospital and was extremely impressed. The staff was very friendly towards my child who was running a high fever with what we found out was a nasty case of strep. They made her feel at ease and took great care of her and had us going home with medication to help her in less than three hours. Shortest hospital visit ever. Thank you guys so much and keep up the awesome work!! (a month ago)

My mom was 82 and had a kidney removed but she should not have died from sepsis. The Nurses, ER doctors, and Cna staff were kind and tried hard to help, but the staff doctor barely communicated to us even though we had questions about her downward spiral after being admitted, We continuously asked questions and he did not spot the symptoms of sepsis. He was no help She was put in icu too late and passed away Please know the symptoms of sepsis Early diagnosis is key Patient correspondence department has been silent No real communication from them 😢 Older people deserve the same concern as anyone else She was a mother of 8 Grandmother of 29 Great grandmother of 22 Two more on the way My mom appreciated the help she did get and My mom wouldn’t want anyone to suffer because of her death but I would like to know that no one else will have to wonder what happened and if they could have saved their love one by being more outspoken and knowing the symptoms 😢 (a month ago)

Horrible patient care. Charge nurse was rude when i asked to speak to her about the situation. Terrible customer service! Make a choice to go somewhere else in the future if possible. (3 weeks ago)

This is the best hospital. It saved me from a coma for 2 months. The doctors do their best to make you feel comfortable about your situation. This is the best hospital around here, that's my opinion, but if you need a hospital to go to this is it. Life or death. (3 months ago)

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I brought my spouse in on a Tuesday with an extreme headache, stiff neck, she was lethargic. They diagnosed her with sinuses after doing a CT scan and no blood work. They gave her some Narcos and Nausea medication which she immediately threw up and discharged us. We went back Thursday again with extreme persistent headache, stiff neck, lethargy and now continued vomitting. They diagnosed her with a headache after reviewing her previous CT and doing blood work. After a complete week with no change and fear of her dying due to dehydration we went to Cabrini who didn't accept sinus infection based on her paid or CT scan...they did a spinal tap as the symptoms pointed to Meningitis. Shes now been admitted and on IV meds, antibiotics, pain meds and fluids fpr hydration. She has now only a slight headache, hasnt vomitted in 24 hours and is in better spirits. I will never return to Lafayette General their overall lack of concern for their patients and quick result to narcos is insane to me. I could have lost her and they would have blamed it on a headache. (a week ago)
