I was very satisfied with the way everyone was so kind, respectful, caring, and professional. As a 70 year old man I will do anything to avoid a hospital visit. Unfortunately my wife Susie and daughter Nicole had to literally drag me to emergency. Dr. Gordon Luther , nurses, and staff were all awesome. They not only treated my condition but were very concerned about my overall well being..We often do not realize that our physical condition affects our mental condition. I hope I do not have to return any time soon. However, if I do, I know I will be in good hands! Thank you Kootenai Health!! Sincerely, Patrick (in the last week)

Best ER experience ever! From the minute I walked in, I was greeted nicely by the ladies at the desk. They immediately got my started on signing in, and then asked me to have a seat where I only waited less than 5 minutes before I was taken back. Usually with an ER visit there is several forms to fill out before you even begin the 2 hour waiting room wait. Once I got to my room, the nurse and doctor (both very friendly and helpful) came back within another 5-10 minutes. Super quick and efficiently ran. The only part that threw me off a little bit, was that before you get your results they have you dress and then you go to a public "results waiting area" where you sit with other people awaiting their results. It was here that took the most time, I was in here for a good hour before I got my results...which still isn't too bad except you're sitting with other people who are in for a variety of things and so I didn't feel it was as clean an environment as your own room. However, I do get the thought process behind freeing up a room for someone who isn't necessarily needing to be in one, to get new patients into those rooms while we are only waiting for results. It was just different than what I have experienced, but not a bad thing. If I had been in extreme pain or very sick I would hope that I would have got to stay in the comforts of my own room though. All in all, it's a very clean, nice, well ran hospital and although I hope I never have to go back to the ER I am pleased to know we have such a wonderful one so close! (a month ago)

My mother in law came here for QUADRUPLE bypass heart surgery. Every single person we interacted with was such a pleasure to talk to. Absolutely the best care I have ever seen be given while we were here. If I could give 100 stars I would. These guys are too notch! Would highly recommend to anyone in need of this kind of treatment. Very thorough with analysis before any decisions are made regarding care. Can't say thank you enough to all the staff here (a month ago)

I was seen quickly and felt listened to. Everyone was so kind and explained everything well when answering my questions. I was especially appreciative of the valet service. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and safety. Highly recommend! (a week ago)

Dr sent me for a mammogram and bone density test. The girls were so friendly and accommodating. I explained I had another appointment and was in a hurry. They had me in and out in less then 30 minutes. Of course it was a Friday and the weather was great so most people didn't want to be inside. I'm sure it was not normal to be in and out so fast. Thank you for making something not pleasant, tolerable. (a week ago)
