I took my Granny to the Knoxville Hospital and Clinics on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 to see Doctor Errthum for a follow-up appointment. My Granny was in the Mercy Hospital last week for 2 days with several things going on, but the major issue is/was blood on the brain. Doctor Errthum took care of my Granny with kid gloves. She was very educational, kind and thorough with everything that she went through, is going through and what we can look at doing in the future. I wanted to say a big Thank you to the Knoxville Hospital and Clinics and Doctor Errthum and her Staff!!! (a month ago)

Most incompetent people ever! Knew we should of went to pella er. (3 months ago)

Flu shot didn't take more then 5 minutes and I'm happy it didn't cost me anything 5 stars (5 months ago)

Staff automatically assumed I wanted narcotic drugs because I said my tummy hurts they can take their assumptions and shove them up their asses (7 months ago)

Knoxville Hospital Clinic has gotten better the last few years so overall I would give them a more positive review. I do not buy into the "Pella is better" business because I've been to both. That said, I would not recommend coming here on a Saturday. There is only one provider and she tells you up front that for liability reasons she does not prescribe pain meds. Period. Her personal policy. I had not asked for any narcotics for the pain I'm having. I don't take that stuff during the day because I have to be alert to watch kids. I was just a little shocked that there is not more of a universal hospital policy that would make it more of a case by case basis rather than just denying everyone because of the actions of others. She has already decided what she will not do for you before you even arrive. She also will not give me a report of today's visit to take with me to see my specialist Monday. Says she's too busy. They type all through the appointment. My regular provider simply prints that off for me. I am very impressed with my regular provider but I am not impressed today at all. They told me she works every Saturday and is the only provider on Saturday. (a year ago)
