Some of the rudest service I've ever gotten from a hospital. Went in with intense pain that would spasm and go from my foot up through my leg. This caused extreme panic attacks, which then caused the sensation of pain to rise. Despite seeing me through this pain, the nurses and doctors instead told me to "Stop swearing" and nothing else. The doctor poked at my foot, just said tendinitis, and left. Hopefully, it's tendinitis. Who knows? The staff here could see me freaking out and in pain, and they made no effort to try and calm me down. I felt like I was dying in that hospital bed. I will never forget the evening at your hospital. Get some nurses and doctors who can work on their behavior and have empathy for others, rather than people who just wanna look at the clock and wonder when they're gonna get home. (a month ago)

Very nice community hospital. They are always striving to improve facilities, personnel, and patient care. (a month ago)

Went to the emergency room to see why my throat hurt so bad. Waited awhile, then once I got in, they looked at my throat and said I have strep. They didn't even bother to do a strep test. So they gave me amoxicillin for it and then I broke out in a full body rash because I actually had mono, not strep. Had to go to Children's Hospital where they did a blood test and gave me accurate results. Wish I would have gone there in the first place! (2 months ago)

Rude secretary people at registration/records and the Er in person and over phone. Every time I have gone in there the women there are rude!!! Even on the phone to ask about a patient they feel the need to have a rude attitude. They cop an attitude literally every time. They have lost my lab tests as well. Would never recommend them. Also the desk ladies at registration are bitchy and act like they hate working there.. Mostly the bigger lady with brown hair. The minute I got to the desk she had an attitude. The er ladies at the desk have been rude and impatient both times as well, even over the phone. I have always been polite. Rediculous service and unprofessional. They need to learn how to be nice and professional. Have had bad experiences 5 different times and they have lost important documents and records for me.. (a month ago)

Long wait for outpatient xrays and maintenance med walking around talking instead of fixing a fuse because the tv and monitors were down. (in the last week)
