TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Grandson was misdiagnosed. According to all the test, he was released and they told his mother that everything came back negative. Next day family doctor diagnosed him with the flu. Unbelievable!!! I'm definitely going to address this to the medical board. I am so disappointed with this stupid hospital. State representative will also hear about this for sure. (3 months ago)

Very good hospital. My Father went in with a case of Steve Johnson syndrome severe. But they notated every aspect of his disease as they observed and treated for his conditions. I was given a blessing from Heavenly Father when they told us that our bill had been covered. I'm forever thankful to the staff on the sixth floor nurses like Daphne and everyone there touched our lives in such a personal manner that they felt like family. May God bless this hospital. For the amount of money this place gets, there is a lot improvement needed for the patients. The elevators don’t work, don’t show what level you are and makes me feel unsafe since sometimes they stay in one level. The equipment are broken down inside, and very uncomfortable if you want to stay with a loved one. Forget trying to ask for an excuse, you’re only going to wait for hours if you even get one. Very horrible serious attitude from the nurses. my daughter literally had a barf bag by her mouth and nurse tried to force her to take liquid Tylenol. Are you fkn serious!!!! than they didn't want to give her nothing for nausea or pain they took 5 hours just so they could tell me that she just needed to poop!!!!!!! Oh hell no I walked out!!!!!!! I absolutely hate this place!! Never again!!!!! The worst hospital in the valley hands down!!! (4 months ago)

Very bad service and very unprofessional people. Sandra receptionist and Robert nurse completly rude people. Cared not a bit on how bad my husband was in pain.he had severe abdominal pain nausea and chest pain everytime my husband asked to please help she would roll her eyes. When I asked her for the supervisor she refused and when I asked her for the nurses name he just laughed and said "like I care".ended up in Harlingen hospital because they just ignored him.
