This hospital is just trash, absolute trash. My mother has been here for a while now. The doctors are doing nothing but staying on the computer, the nurse directed us to the PCT when we asked whether or not she can have ice flakes or not. PCT says she doesn’t know you have to ask the nurse, we just asked the nurse and he told us go to the PCT smh. Help! Best hospital in Brooklyn would be Methodist hospital. Avoid Kingsbrook at all cost! (2 weeks ago)

I went to the dental office and honestly this was the best experience I've ever has with a dentist. Dr. Johnston was just amazing she made me super comfortable and did an amazing job. I had a tooth extracted and it took so much medicine to get numb but she was so patient and super sweet with me. I'll definitely recommend them especially Dr Johnston. She was so funny and did a great job taking out the tooth. (5 months ago)

Good Afternoon! Unfortunately, my Mother was recently admitted to Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Facility Phyc unit and we are having a lot of trouble receiving proper diagnosis, rude responses from doctors and no follow-through with paperwork to transfer her to another facility. When we are finally able to get the phyc doctor in person, he is accusatory, aggressive and is not providing us with any proper phyc diagnosis to an 83 year old women suffering with potential dementia and stage 4 metastatic cancer. We would like to know how the hospital as a unit will provide us with help in solving this very serious problem before is escalates into something more serious. Thank you very much. (2 weeks ago)

The nursing staff was wonderful, compassionate, meticulate in my mother's post anesthesia care. As an RN it is nice to see medical staff that is attentive, caring and kind. Dr. Kauffman was very nice to when we spoke over they phone after my mother's surgery. A++++ (2 months ago)

I had outpatient surgery and it was pretty straight forward. My complaint is actually about the billing. The receptionist in their billing department is really nice, but I take issue with how long it takes them to actually charge you (which is apparently a separate department). If I call in and give you my credit card information to make a payment on my account, it shouldn't take a week and a half to process the payment. (4 months ago)
