Better than ER. Both times I've been here I was out within a couple hours. They see you fast, are honest about their wait times, take the time to explain procedures and answer your questions. The nurses are lovely, they're polite and understanding. I've driven from out of town to go to this Urgent Care because it's better than the Emergency Room at the hospital in my town. (2 months ago)

Good place to come in and sit for 3hrs and be seen by a doctor for 2 minutes! This place was at one point quick and organized but it seems it’s going down hill now. (a month ago)

If you want to hear about the Kaweah internal drama.....and wait in intake for 1.5 hours, then another hour in Room....great place Not. Still waiting Just spent maybe 2 min with doctor...gone again... (a week ago)

I am now at about 3 hours into waiting to be seen. I have been in the patient room for well over an hour. The 10 mins test the nurse ran has taken over 30mins and they still haven't come back with any results. Update on 3/1/18: It has. Now been a week since I went in. After the 3 hour wait the doc spent 5 seconds looking at my throat. She said if it's viral she can't do anything. They tested twice for strep to raise the bill. My throat is just as bad as it was. So, if you want to spend money to have a trained doc agree with you that you don't feel well. This is the place for you. If you want medical care, go somewhere else. (2 months ago)

Amazing care on a busy day you will have a wait but it’s a lot better then the ER and the staff is so friendly and dr was amazing (a month ago)
