This place makes one feel so specially cared for and are the most wonderful people to open your eyes to after surger, outside of family faces, I want these nurses there, every single one, when I wake up after surgery. Docs and nurses work so confidently together that there is NO FEAR and no screams! Haha. Thanks to all who work hard and truly put your hearts into each patient. (a month ago)

Update 5/2/2018. I dragged myself in again today with my oxygen and cane. I felt so much in pain I didn't want to move. Lack of sleep from all the spots: spine, hips, knees, was showing. Rhonda gave me 6 trigger point injections along the spine. We're just hanging on until I can get hip replacement with Dr. Bhargava that should even out my gait and provide relief to the spine. I truly appreciate her and Dr. Scott. They, and the hospital are the ones keeping me going for now. Many months ago I transferred from another doctor who moved. I didn't know there was such a big difference. Here at Kansas Spine & Specialty Hospital, Dr. Jared Scott and P.A. Rhonda Jantzen have proven to be two of the best, most ethical, conscientious, and professional people who have treated me. Dr. Scott has specialized touch as well as training. Where I can sense millimeters of movement in my fingers he can sense tenths of millimeters in his. His care in wanting to prevent suffering, his demonstrated empathy, seems to exceed that of other doctors I have encountered. In artistic terms, other doctors are mechanics and Scott is an artist. Rhonda Jantzen is a no-nonsense caring medical person who puts the patient's emotional and physical concerns first. Again, the difference is between a group of overworked auto mechanics and a group of doctors who qualify in caring for Doctors Without Borders. Scott and Jantzen make a good team. I'm 69 years old now, and only the Lord knows how long I've got left. I trust my physical agonies with these two people, and I am giving them publicly the broadest endorsement I can as a private individual. If you're suffering, and not just a fraud, Kansas Spine & Specialty Hospital, Dr. Scott & Rhonda Jantzen, will treat you with utmost respect and dignity, and provide you with modern up-to-date, state of the art technological care. And you don't have to be a millionaire to go there. Bill Hamilton as Meticularius February 20, 2017 (2 months ago)

This place is ran horribly. They will get you in with a first appointment and then never follow up. And you are forced to leave messages with the nurse who is so snooty and specifically says not to leave more then one message on her voicemail even though she will never call you back. I seen the other bad reviews and ignored them. Well, I should have listened please avoid this place at all cost. The staff will NOT get back to you, it is impossible to talk to anyone on the phone other then the receptionist. Which can not do anything for you other then make appointments. (6 months ago)

Not happy. My husband had surgery in February and then they had to go back in and do surgery again, was released on a Saturday and had some problems with getting his meds filled and you can't reach anyone on the weekends even at the hospital. And the food was terrible (3 months ago)

Rhonda Jansen is a amazing doctor! Has helped me greatly with my pain issues in my lower spine. (2 months ago)
