The thing is, yes they are good at their jobs here, but the waiting room time is RIDICULOUS!!! If it were a one time occurrence or even twice, I would understand that things happen. But I've driven my mom down seven times, and Dr. McCullough is ALWAYS running 2 or more hours late! It's a 3 hour drive for us each way too. If we were that late they would cancel our appointments. Other people in the waiting room say the same thing, so there's an obvious problem. Schedule fewer appointments each day or something. Our time is valuable too!!! (2 months ago)

The quality of the care has been great, but what is the use of appointment when you are never seen on time. Check in early and pack a lunch, you will be there a long time, but if you are running late you will have to reschedule. Great doctors hidious administration. (a month ago)

I've had issues with return phone calls since December. Been waiting a week for return phone call this time so finally feeling like my health Care isn't a priority here so moving my records to another Dr that may take me serious. Took me a month to get knee replacement surgery scheduled only after I called them several times . Had surgery the staff at the hospital part was great and even said they didn't think I should be released less 24 hrs but Dr said go home. Have complained about pain for 5 months now . Had MRI now waiting a week for return phone call. I've called them twice this week to get results still no return phone call. Again don't feel like my health is important to them so moving on. O the Dr was Christopher peer. Also issues with them running hours behind scheduled appointments. It's a 45 min drive for me so again moving on. (2 months ago)

My daughter broke her hands and we brought her to the urgent care. We received excellent care. We followed up with one of the hand surgeons. He was wonderful. After my daughters surgery we used the therapists for OT. She has done very well. Wonderful! (5 months ago)
