Came to emergency on Monday due to electrolyte imbalance, and I was completely immobile from my neck down. I needed full care assistance with everything from eating to using a bedpan. At 29 this was something that, at first, was a bit embarrassing, but the CNAs and Nurses (both male/female) provided me with a safe and dignified presence to the point were I felt 100% comfortable with everything I needed assistance with. All the staff have been so caring, reassuring when I had a bit of a breakdown, and have all had such compassionate attitudes. This has been my first hospital stay and also Kaiser experience, and to say they've been excellent is an understatement. I am so happy to be with Kaiser, and the Sunnyside location staff are fabulous. The doctors are very committed to solving the puzzle that brought me in on Monday and has kept here still. 5 stars all around. 👌🏥🌞🏨💝 (in the last week)

Nurses that work in Mt.Scott Clinic needs to put on a smile! At least fake your smile if you hate your damn job! That nurse had to flush my kids ear and it looked like she was about to throw up! She gave nasty looks! The other nurse who took my kids BP was not having it! No smile just plain rude! Very disappointed with Kaiser's Nurses!! (2 weeks ago)

I went in this morning because I had been experiencing throat pain so bad I couldn’t eat or drink. We got there at about 10:30 or 11:00, and headed into the Urgent Care building. Unfortunately Urgent Care wasn’t open yet but the kind lady there pointed me to the Nurse Treatment building across the way. At this point I was dizzy and weak as I hadn’t eaten or had any fluids in about 36+ hours and I just wanted to go home. We checked in and the receptionist was very kind and helpful. We took a seat in the waiting room and we only waited for about 15 minutes before being called back! As soon as I got back into the treatment room the nurse noticed I had severe swelling in my tonsils so she paged a physician to come look at me before taking a strep swab. She put me back in a private room and let my boyfriend come with, which was very kind of her. I only waited another 10 or so minutes before I was seen. Both the physician and the nurse were so kind and informative! The nurse had great bedside manner and made sure I was okay every step of the way, and the doctor was quiet and nice. They hooked up an IV and she made sure to come in and check up on me as it was an hour long drip. After my IV was done I went to the pharmacy for my antibiotics and some pain killers, and the service was fast and efficient. Best doctors visit I have EVER had!!! If you ever see this, thank you so much!! You made such a world of difference when I was in so much pain and feeling hopeless (and very, very hungry haha). You were both amazing and I really hope you know that! Kindness makes a massive difference when you’re sick. If I can find the nurse’s name, I would love to send her a thank you card and a candle! Thank you ❤️ (a week ago)

Great folks just a few that was down hill literally 2 folks that made it go down hill then also they know how to comfort a person in need (a month ago)

They go by in a line to help people but yet if someone is worse than another person then they make them wait for 3 hours hacking up a lung in the lobby while other people with a minor thing goes in first. Then they say were third from next being in line but five people are still going before us. Horrible hospital ive been too! (2 weeks ago)
