Kaiser is amazing! We had our daughter born and delivered here in December of 2016. Staring from the prenatal care, we had monthly visit to our OB, he took very good care of us. When close to the expected delivery date, we received very high quality care as well. When our daughter was born prematurely (6 weeks early), she’s been in the NICU (Newborn ICU) for a couple weeks, the staff there took care of our baby so well that we felt so reassured. In sum, I highly recommend my friends and family to Kaiser! Supreme quality of health services and super nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff! We’re very grateful to them! (a month ago)

Have no second thoughts before deciding whether the limited options at Kaiser is right for you and your family. We are utterly pleased with Kaiser because of how well organized everything is. Communication is extremely easy between departments and doctors, well managed system and great for families. They just made healthcare simple for us. (2 months ago)

Compared to Fremont Kaiser Hospital this place sucks. My husband has been patient twice 2011 and now for cardiac issues. Fremont also gives a whole kit of tooth brush and paste, shampoo, ear plugs, eye mask, pen and paper, lotion, body wash you do not need water. Santa Clara Kaiser we got a tooth brush with no name toothpaste. Your lucky if the room gets cleaned. No one offers to give you a bath. Garbage not removed. Udated: when it was cleaned they did a thorough job. We hate coming here and wish Fremont offered more services. The nursing care was very good this time compared to 2011. Just make sure you have someone with you as your advocate, true in any hospital. (2 months ago)

I started with my sick son in the Kaiser Urgent Care at Scotts Valley, where they sent us to the Santa Clara Emergency Room. From beginning to end, our experience (while frightening) was stellar! Every single professional we met, treated us with compassion and competency. Ryan was the RN who took my son's vitals on the way in. He was cool, calm, and expedient. He introduced us to the triage nurse, Rudy, who had a very nice sense of humor and put us at ease, despite my worry. While in triage, we met our wonderful doctor, Dr. Farooqi, who was competent, kind, and kept me informed at every development. Once we got a room, RN Renee was our nurse - she was firm, fair, professional, and treated my son so great. When she'd leave the room, he would say, "She's nice. I like her," especially after she gifted him with a Popsicle :) Thank you Kaiser Permanente Emergency Room Staff for your kind, compassionate, and professional care. My son is home now & feeling much better. (3 months ago)

I had coronary artery bypass grafts done by Dr. Robert Gordon. He and his staff are all excellent, not only in their professional capacities, but also in their personal concern for the patient. The staff in the cardiac rehab wing (monitoring) are fantastic. I had nothing but great care from Samantha, Lyla, Maracris, Ana, Eileen, and others. A hard time for me was made bearable by their compassion and professionalism. (a month ago)
