So far so good. I've been with Kaiser 2 years now and experience so far has been good. But then, my issues are minor. I get monthly medication, occasional blood draws, and got an xray for the first time. Waits are never too long. (in the last week)

Been with Kaiser for over 20yrs and my both boys were born here. Sad that their pediatrician Dr. Nakano retired in 2017. Love all my Doctors who treated me. (2 weeks ago)

I've used the services at Kaiser South twice - both for Urgent Care. I received prompt, patient and kind medical care. I ususally go the the "Quiet Room" offered by most Kaiser Hospitals and felt I needed to use the space because I was also very sad and crying due to a marital breakup . Chaplain (Kelvin) who I first mistook as a security guard came into the quiet room twice asking if I was okay - I told him yes and he said "no you're not" and brought me some tissue and talked with me at some length about what I was going through. I got both physical and spirtual help all in the same place. (in the last week)

Never had to wait more than 15 minutes in the ER to get taking to the back and get treated. There's some really cute nurses and doctors that work in the ER also. There's also an older Filipino gentleman named Robert but everybody in back that works with him called him Robo he's amazing. Great staff. (3 months ago)

The ER has the most caring, compassionate and professional doctors, nurses and techs I’ve seen. (in the last week)
