Took a family member in for High blood pressure and panic attack. Wait was not long. Staff polite and helpful. Doctor knowledgeable and concerned and made sure the patient was stable and wrote out scripts to help. Thank you for being there. (3 months ago)

Just a quick note to say UBER is here in Mountain City. Download the app and request a ride. ๐Ÿš— Use referral code. ebzc4vbjue (8 months ago)

I have to be on blood thinner due to mechanical valves and I get my PT/INR labs drawn here at least two times a month. The staff is friendly, efficient and as good if not better than when I drove in to Johnson City. The best part is I do not have to leave and be gone most of the day. Not every small town still has their local hospital. I am grateful Mountain City's is still open for business! (a year ago)

rudest bunch of people ever! sat for 4 hours waiting in my room, no one explained why, while the nurses sat talking and laughing. and they werent even busy. Finally left and went to boone (a year ago)
