We were seen very quickly but waited almost an hour for “papers to print.” Next time I’ll drive 30 min out and go somewhere else... I spent an hour listening to gossip and Facebook posts. (a month ago)

The ONLY reason that I am rating 1 star is because I have to. I have had 2 horrible experiences at this facility and will not return no matter the emergency. I spent 5 hours sitting in the emergency room waiting area in tears, finally I asked the tech how much longer the wait would be and she literally said "Well you're not a priority patient so it's gonna be a few more hours" I'm sorry!?! The facility is in dire need of updated and clean equipment and also competent workers. Saw multiple HIPAA violations as well. Good luck if you decide it's worth the risk! (3 months ago)

If I could give a 0 star I would. I took my girlfriend in tonight because her jaw popped out of the socket on the right side (has tmj). We went in looking to find her some relief and all they did was make us sit and wait 99.9 % of the time. We literally went from one waiting room to another waiting room. She was pretty much on the floor curled up into a ball crying in pain and they wouldn't do anything for her what so ever besides say the doc will he here in just a minute but when 30 minutes passed then 45 minutes passed still no one in sight. I can not believe they did this. I always go to this hospital for my needs even though it's out of the way but after this happened I'll either drive to Nashville or Dickson. (4 months ago)

I was released yesterday from having a total knee replacement. The first time I have been to this hospital. I wanted to thank my nurses on the 8th floor Orthopaedics. I couldn't have asked for better care. I will no longer be going anywhere else. (7 months ago)

Took a while to get in back. Saw urgent case go back in seconds. But they were faster than predicted once it was our turn. (11 months ago)
