I went to the er 2 days ago because I was having major pain in my mouth due to an abscess tooth it was pretty bad he was in looked at it and went out of the room sent a nurse in and she gave me a script for amoc. And ibuprofen 800 which I had already explained was not helping so I only filled the amoc. Well yesterday the abscess was 10 times bigger and obviously hurt more well he cut it open and then got real rude and said I told you yesterday to go see a dentist mind you I told him the first day that I had no insurance and my dentist told me to go to the er Dr. Robbinson has no compassion for anyone he's just rude and tries to run out of the room before you can ask any questions this isn't the first bad experience I've had with this place nor is it the only doctor or nurse I've had a problem with!! I advise everyone not to go here (2 weeks ago)

The doctor working tonight didn’t seem like he had any interest in my boyfriend being sick. He was in and out very fast and just had a very rude demeanor. All of the other staff were great tho, very polite! (3 months ago)

Have debated on leaving a review, but have had many others saying the same. The ER department after changing to IU is full rude Drs, they do not care for the patients. Also we were left sitting in a room for 2 hours, not one person came to check on my 15 year old daughter. When one did come in she was just talking until she shut up long enough for us to tell her she had the wrong patient, another 30 min of waiting. They then rushed a blood urine test for abdominal pain, and sent us home as cramps....We are now getting proper treatment and have been tested for her gallbladder, crohns, and have a scope scheduled. Def find somewhere else to take loved ones. (3 months ago)

I am currently in the ER at Iuhealth/Jay. What a joke. Had a Coronary CTA scan at Ball in Muncie earlier in the day. I was told by my cardiologist after he saw the results, to get my butt to the nearest ER as I have a pulmonary embolism. Two and a half hours later I am still in the ER and have not seen the attending physician and have not been checked on. I could die in here. (4 months ago)

We've been to the ER here a few times. Each time the wait has been incredibly short and the service was good. Staff were friendly and competent. Price was very good for the service received, which matters a lot if you're paying out of pocket. (a year ago)
