Still the most worthless ER in the country. The staff are taught 2 phrases..."it should just be a few more minutes" and "I'll check. 4 hours later, still waiting for a damn tylenol for pain! Now they're saying the dr upstairs can give him some, but in the meantime he's laying in pain in the ER for another 3 hours. Oh, and the dr? He flashed in the room for about 10 seconds. I had to chase him in the hall to ask questions. (a week ago)

I Recently put a piece of wood through my hair and they were so quick about it, It was great service. I Was also hospitalized over the summer and they saved my life. (2 months ago)

I went here to get my cauliflower ear drained, spent 5 hours sitting in the er for them to send me home saying there is nothing they can do. Billed me $311 for me to go home get my own needle and drain it myself. Like everyone else says, this hospital is a joke. (5 months ago)

Took my boyfriend to Emergency Room and the doctor didn't even have to decency to come into the room to examine him! He stood out in the hallway with his arms crossed and said "What's wrong?" We tried to explain to him why my boyfriend was there and he just said "I will prescribe you cream" and he just walked away!!! He didn"t even look at my boyfriend's skin!! We tried asking him questions and he just walked away!!! HOW RUDE!!!!!! I thought doctors were suppose to examine you and show compassion!!!SHAME ON YOU!!!! I'm sure the Insurance company will be billed a pretty penny for the visit that technically didn't happen!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!And f it was up to me this hospital wouldn't get 1 star!!! Horrible. It's so sad that this community is served so poorly without any other options. I Would say Doctor S. has disdain for his patients, but he couldn't even be bothered too care that much. Disgraceful. (3 months ago)
