Check in was quick and efficient, Sherry took me back for the mammogram and was quick, efficient and caring, she talked to the radiologist, then she escorted me to the Radiology waiting room, informed Ken that I was there and obtained a wheelchair for me. Ken took me into the ultrasound room and set me at ease and let me know that I would have the results today. They were all very pleasant and reassuring. A few minutes after the ultrasound the radiologist came in and talked with me and we set up an appointment with a surgeon. Ken then wheeled me down to the surgeons office. All in all they kept me very comfortable and reassured. I didn’t happen to get the name of the young lady that checked me in, but she was very pleasant, professional and expedient. Thanks to all of you for the pleasant time under not so pleasant exam results, it sure helped to keep the spirit up. (3 months ago)

Worst experience. They misconstrued my words so that they could run a bunch of unnecessary tests. I came in stating my lungs hurt and had been sick. They started saying I had “chest pain” and did a EKG, to find nothing of course as I told them I have no family history of heart disease. Then they took x-rays and ran tests all before the doctor came in to even listen to my lungs or heart or look at my throat or ears. I kept asking why they were running so many tests and they said it was standard. It is not standard of treatment to run a bunch of tests when no clinical finding support doing so. I will never go back to this hospital nor would I want any of my family or friends going there. Totally inappropriate standards of treatment. (3 months ago)

From start to finish the most amazing staff. From housekeeping on up. Very professional and caring. Everybody knew how to explain things to my autistic son so he would understand. Will definitely 100% go back if I have to. (5 months ago)

Best nursing care I have had anywhere. Much better than the Seattle nursing care at the two big hospitals in which I've stayed. It felt more personal and caring. (11 months ago)

Do not listen at all. Seek your care elsewhere. (2 months ago)
