Waited in ER waiting room for a couple hours. When we walked in, there were only 2 people in front of us. Not busy at all. While waiting, I noticed the faculty had no purpose. It was as if they were just hanging out, with no motivation or purpose what-so-ever. No work ethic. I recommend going somewhere else if there's a choice. If there is no choice, call an ambulance instead. Might be seen and treated faster that way. (a week ago)

Over six hours in the ER! My aunt was having shortness of breath. We arrived by car and they took her in right away. The nurses were efficient in making her comfortable and taking her vitals. The technicians were prompt in taking her for tests. The PA was friendly, but wasn't able to make a decision of whether she was being admitted or not. Where's the doctor . . .Nowhere to be found! The wait time is ridiculous! The doctor should make his rounds more frequent!! Six hours later and a, maybe, 5 minute conversation, they're admitting her. We will try a different hospital next . . . it can't be any worse! (a month ago)

Both the outpatient blood lab and outpatient radiology department NEVER send diagnostic test results to the ordering physician. It's scandalous and the diagnostic outpatient offices and the office responsible for patient relations both misrepresent facts and attempt to cover up their systematic errors. Totally broken hospital system, and no one seems to really care about fixing it. This place should be shut down. Major malpractice suits are inevitable. My advice: Question everything and assume nothing. It's rare to see the combustible combination of genuine incompetency AND dishonesty, but those are the two primary characteristics of this horrible hospital. I can't imagine it gets much worse than this place. (a week ago)

This is the worst hospital in this area! The doctors don’t want to do their jobs and always argue with ems crew because they took a sick patient there. The nurses can be hit or miss. Some nurses are fantastic while others simply don’t care and complain when they get patients. Please if you need a hospital go to Jefferson Wash Twp or Cooper (2 weeks ago)

No stars had to pick one so I can comment. Was a fireman for many years in mullica hill. If our patient were heart related, stroke, any serious case we took to Elmer. Broken bones we took to Underwood. They couldn't mess that up. If you are really sick do not go to Underwood! Head to Washington twp, or Elmer. Please. (4 months ago)
