All I have to say is thank you! The Labor & Delivery staff were amazing! We had just moved to Lafayette, Indiana with a baby on the way. It was a bit scary and overwhelming to have to pick a hospital in an area you’ve never been to. Thankfully, we chose IU Arnett hospital! They offer a tour before your big day to show you and your partner the rooms and their set up. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff! From the day we arrived, to delivery and recovery, we were so well taken care of. The nurses were so patient and kind. Unfortunately we had to visit the NICU floor as well but once again our experience there was also great and comforting. You guys definitely deserve 5 stars ⭐️!! (3 months ago)

Unprofessional, unethical, undesirable. I never thought I (the patient) or my wife would ever receive such shoddy, bordering on hostile, treatment from a hospital. We will definitely be getting a new insurance carrier when the open enrollment period begins. This experience has prompted our family and friends to decide that should they ever have a medical emergency never ask to be taken to IU Health Arnett. If you are for some reason intent on going this hospital have a relative or friend bring an attorney with you, as one may be required to get you out. One star because you can't post with a zero. Taking amazing care of my Mother presently. Dr. Nick, thank you for taking her health seriously, you and all of the 6th floor, Dr. Dupre, the Neoro Dr., All of you went above and beyond your Call of Duty thank you so much! (a month ago)

Don’t go to the social workers if you want help or confidentiality. Are they short staffed? I find the nursing staff to be slow to react. Don’t expect hand washing as a part of infection control. I only saw the use of antibacterial gel. The doctors we dealt with are excellent. (3 months ago)
