ER wait time going on 8hrs. I've already died several times of boredom. It's tough to be in a waiting room and see all new faces hour after hour. Might as well take your chances at another facility or even at home. You have a better shot of seeing a doctor there than at this place. (a month ago)

Misdiagnosed after waiting in ER for seven hours. Sent home with a prescription when what I needed was catheterization. Four days later I was back in the ER and the nightmare continued. Shortly after I had surgery there. Mistakes, mistakes, mistakes. A nurse came in my room at 3 am and said, "Mr. Oberman...I'm sorry for what you're going through. I wouldn't let a member of my own family come to this place unless they had a heart attack in the hospital parking lot. Only hospital in Howard County. They use the Johns Hopkins name...doesn't seem to matter. (a month ago)

Absolutely absurd. The ER department here is completely inefficient. Been sitting in a wheel chair for 3hrs with a deep bleeding wound. They keep telling me I am next...for the last hour. I have no idea what is going on in the back but I assume there are no competent Dr's. People are just starting to pile up out here with no one being taken back. Isn't triage supposed to be quick?? 0/10 would not recommend!! Stay away!!! (2 months ago)

Worse service ever. We waited for more than 9 hours. Even if we have the best insurance around. This is the kind of ER where you can die before seeing a doctor. (a month ago)

I had sinus surgery performed at this hospital. The day that I went for my operation I had to wait about 30 minutes past my scheduled surgery time because the air conditioning in the operating room quit working. The hospital seemed very clean, I was quite comfortable in the waiting and pre-op rooms....though I was nervous about having surgery. I will say that nobody wheeled me to the door after my operation, and I got a little lost finding my way out of the hospital to the car that was waiting to take me home. (2 months ago)
