I have been a patient here more than 3 times over the last 10 years. Last time for a full knee replacement using robot assisted tech. I can not say enough about this place. I was treated like family and my needs and comfort were the top priority. These professionals obviously love what they do as their attitude and actions are a breath of fresh air in this day and age. I am currently in PT for my new knee and still enjoying the great service from Physicians Hospital. HIGHLY recommended. (2 months ago)

HPH was by far my best experience with any hospital. Every individual on staff is friendly, quick to respond, explains things before and while they do them, and highly skilled. Their pre-op patient education is tremendous. Their emphasis on patient, staff and facility cleanliness is second to none. And they actually manage treatment schedules to allow patients to sleep at night! (3 weeks ago)

I had a knee replacement surgery and everything went so smoothly and unbelievably easy for me. The nurses' staff were amazing giving me hints on how to move around more easily for my comfort level. I have never been so pleased with a hospitalization EVER. I am grateful and feel very blessed to have had such fine care from the entire staff at Houston Physicians Hospital in Webster,TX. I am not leaving out the doctor who had control over my whole care. I would recommend Dr.Siller, Orthopedic Surgeon, to anyone needing a joint replacement and any other type of surgery this physician might do. Dr. Siller did my right knee on this go-round and I will be ever so grateful to him for doing my left knee at the end of this year. (a month ago)

My husband had hip replacement surgery on May 1, 2018. The nurses in the OR were outstanding and texted me updates during the procedure. I absolutely LOVED the recovery rooms. My husband received a private room with a large seating area in the front of the room, separate from the sleeping area, for people who wanted to visit. He was in the hospital for 3 days. It was an unexpected surprise for me to be fed everyday when he was fed! How nice not to have to leave and spend additional money and the food was pretty good - an example of meals include chicken curry and rice and creamed spinach, steak and potatoes, sandwiches, shrimp salad etc. There was a dining area in the center of the recovery area where family could eat. I did not notice any visiting hours, and my girls and I were able to come and go according to our schedule and my husband's PT and sleep schedule. The nurses were knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. What I liked most was how small and quiet it was...really quiet. Add to that no cost for parking like in the medical center, and no walking around a HUGE hospital riding elevators and getting lost looking for a patient's room. I don't understand the "hidden costs" about which one reviewer posted. We took care of charges that our insurance didn't cover prior to the procedure, and the remainder that we couldn't pay were set up on a payment plan. We were aware of the costs associated with the procedure 2 weeks prior to the surgery. My husband's surgeon, Dr. Dan O'Neil was excellent. He had a previous knee surgery for a torn ACL by Dr. K. Schauder, who was simply amazing and had a bedside manner that more doctors would do well to emulate. I have used Dr. R. Santos, who is also the medical doctor for our employer's SRT and SWAT teams. All the aforementioned doctors are part owners in this hospital, along with I believe approximately 23 more physicians. Truly, I really can't say enough about how much my husband and I liked this hospital. Being physician-owned makes all the difference in the world. (in the last week)

I have had horrible experiences with Emergency Rooms, but after coming to Houston Physician Hospital this will be my go to from now on out. The staff was so amazing. When you are in pain you want to be validated and taken care of. Which is exactly what the nurses here did. They checked on me and made sure my experience was as comfortable as possible to compromise the pain i was experiencing. I would highly recommend going here. The doctor was very reassuring as well. Thank you so much to everyone that helped me here at this hospital y’all are so very heartfelt and it shows that this hospitals first priority is the well being of the patient. (8 months ago)
