I know that word on the street is to avoid this hospital however, I had a very pleasant experience here. All of the staff that I was in contact with were extremely helpful and nice. I had a procedure done here and everything went well without complications. Hats off to San Jacinto Methodist! (2 weeks ago)

this is absolutely the worst hospital to go to. All the nurses and all the doctors treat you like you're beneath them more like cattle than a person. The worst bedside manner I've ever seen in my life I will never return to this Hospital! If you can avoid this place and go to a good Hospital such as Southeast Memorial. I wouldn't even give this Hospital a star but I have to in order to write the review about it. (3 weeks ago)

Sorry service. I would be better off dying than receiving service at this facility. I was brought in from heat exhaustion and accused if being high or drunk. To make matters worse...I was offered no gown or socks! My complete bottom was on display. The nurse told me that I would be treated as soon as the sickest patients were better. She also told me my car was not at the hospital...which it was...after walking barefoot down Garth road with blisters on my feet looking for my car. They took an hour and a half to check my vitals...amd two more hours to give an EKG. Then three hours to draw blood. I was waiting to see a real doctor...when this guy from kid and play Wales in in a white coat. He was so unprofessional that I couldn't believe this was real. He didn't even look at me for a whole 2 minutes. There I am. No car...no gown. And have been there for 6+ hours. What a joke (a week ago)

I took my husband in to the emergency room today, after being sent home yesterday from LBJ hospial. LBJ didn't conduct any test on my husband had him there for 10 hrs. Family members have to wait outside the hospital and won't let you go in with them. Methodists did, wheeled him back in wheel chair and sent him for urine test immediately and took him straight back. Ordered blood work and CT scan . Had kidney stones.. sent him home with 4 prescriptions and said come back if it doesn't pass. Very good at their jobs.. (a month ago)

My mom was in the ER the evening of 4/17/2018. Dr. Morris and nurse Cat (Catherine) were wonderful! They were compassionate, informative, attentive, and caring. Chaplain Laban was great. Case manager Stacye was also wonderful. She helped us tremendously in the next step of mom's care. I am extremely pleased with every aspect of the experience. (2 months ago)
