My most recent and final visit to this 'healthcare' facility was disgusting. I came in crying from the worst migraine I've ever experienced. At intake the nurse who was taking me back said to the intake nurse loud and clear "is she faking?". The intake nurse felt it was a good idea to get me back in a wheelchair. The nurse who was taking me back questioned if that was necessary. I was taken back to the room and a different nurse came in to take blood. I had donated blood about a week before this. The nurse said said something about heroin tracks on my arm and I immediately told him what a crude joke he made and that I didn't appreciate being spoken to that way. A different nurse came in and ordered a "migraine cocktail" and a ct scan of my head and neck. I was still crying from the head splitting pain. This cocktail did nothing for the pain so I refused the ct scan. He gave me a percocet which took the edge of the pain off and allowed them to wheel me to the room. I'm four hours in at this point. I had the scan done was returned to my room and the pain bloomed yo where I was begging for relief. They gave me another "cocktail" at higher doses. I was panicking at this point but thank heavens it finally worked and the pain began to diminish. A man whom I presume was my attending Dr came into my room tapped my leg and said my name as soon as I answered yes he turned on his heel and disappeared. They let me nap and then discharged me. This was one the most mortifying six hours of my life. I will never again set foot in this hospital or any of their satellite clinics. (a month ago)

The trauma ER was very well staffed, very clean, no waits, nice people, minimal attitude. They made calls to get me a ride home after I was discharged. Made one of the worst experiences as good as it could be. Thanks allot guys and gals. Good Job. (a month ago)

I am currently a patient here. The staff have been nothing but friendly and accommodating! I arrived at the ER a few days ago and was later admitted that same day. They got me into a room 15 minutes after I arrived. Once in the room it was only a 10 minute wait for my vitals to taken and an half hour or so for a Doctor to see me. My longest wait was to get results back from testing. Which is understandable. I highly recommend this hospital! They take excellent care of their patients. I see other reviews complaining about time waits, but medical staff are responsible for many patients at once. I understand this and therefore have the patience to wait for test results, to be seen by a doctor and so forth. I'm not sure how long my stay will be, but I'm sure it will continue to go well. I'm in excellent hands. I trust this hospital and its staff wholeheartedly! ☺ (4 months ago)

I have a family member here for a while now. Staff is excellent with her. Plenty of parking pretty much any time of day. She loves that the helicopter pad is right outside her window, but obviously has mixed feelings at best about seeing one arrive. Staff is very friendly and helpful with all my questions. I can't say I'd wish for any to go to a hospital, but I have no doubt that one would get the best treatment while here. (5 months ago)

I will never visit this place again. I came in for an eye injury in which I could not see out of my eye I sat in the room for 7 hours before any doctor acknowledged that I was there. I kept getting the sorry the doctor was busy statement. when he finally did show up he shined a light in my eye and said I needed some drops. He administered the drops and mentioned that real men take drops without blinking. Wrote me a script and sent me on my way Two days later I went to another hospital for a second opinion. He did many more tests involving uv lights and different types of treatments. Determined I had a foreign body in my cornea and referred me to a ophthalmologist to have it removed Overall my experience was subpar and my treatment both physically and emotionally was unacceptable. There is a reason the rating of this hospital is the way it is. Please do your research. (a month ago)
