For the most part the nurses and doctors are fairly professional but when i was on a psychiatric hold i was forced to sit up in a not padded chair for over 8 hrs a day here. The doctors and nurses lie to the patients here or find an excuse to not give us a bed. They use this abuse as a torture method to overwhelm psychiatric patients who need the help so they wont come back. At least thats what i over heard one of the RN say to another RN. Its disappointing and sad but its not all of the staff here just a bad bunch especially the night shift. Other than that good service. Please stop torturing patients and ignoring their needs. I was ripped off $35. My wife came in for a mammogram. The check in clerk asked for $35. She said our insurance doesn’t pay that. I said it does and we shouldn’t have to pay anything since our insurance is 100 percent covered and 100 percent paid. She said they can’t allow the mammogram unless the $35 is paid up front and if my insurance paid it I will be refunded that amount. She added the hospital is good about refunds. Well, my insurance PAID the $35 but it was never refunded back to me and it’s been a year. (4 months ago)

All staffs and doctors are great and very kind." "The service, environment, and staff are extremely helpful and attentive." (2 months ago)

I am really down to ground...a few people make these things help to other people. God bless for your effort and dedications. (a week ago)

Had an appointment at the Doctor Tower and had to wait 1.5 hours to see the doctor, but he took the time to properly investigate and evaluate my problem. It well worth the wait. (in the last week)
