My daughter was a patient on 4th floor birth care unit from 7/7/18-7/10/18. On 7/8/18, I woke to multiple bug bites on arms legs and neck. Reported these accumulating bites to multiple staff over 36 hour period and nothing was done. On Monday, I finally caught a bug crawling on the couch I had been sleeping on. It was identified as a BED BUG. I showed bug to staff, was given instructions to double bag all our belongings and shower, which my daughter and I both did. We were moved to another room, where recliner was broken. Upon discharge, went to retrieve belongings from old room, they were in the first entrance to room, and labeled as “bed bugs” in capital letters for anyone that came into room to see. I am beyond furious as I told the staff multiple times that I am allergic to bug bites. Was met with “I am sorry”. Well “I’m sorry”. Won’t pay for medical bills that could still arise from these nasty bugs, plus the cost of washing all of our belongings that were in the room, plus the exposure of my newborn grandson to mites and whatever else those nasty things shed! I would give ZERO stars if given the option (a week ago)

My mother was treated at Hillcrest hospital through the ER to ICU and then to a med surg floor. All in all she was that for 1 month and she received excellent care, especially in ER and ICU. She has been to the two other hospitals before and Hillcrest main is by far her favorite for the food and quality of care as well as caring staff. (in the last week)

My husband waited for over 6 hours in the ER waiting on a room that we were told was ready but just needed to be cleaned while the nurses talked about making $42.50 an hour but since it was overtime and a holiday it was over $78 an hour instead of getting us in a room where he could get his wounds cleaned. Worst experience ever. The low ratings are completely understandable and deserved! (a month ago)

My wife had our daughter here, and it wasnt the best experience. The nurses broke her bag to early and she and my daughter caught an infection. Then they gave her an epidural and orchid nothing for her, she felt every pain. She was in labor for so long, kept telling them the baby was ready and they told her no, said she didn't know what she was talking about, that she got the epidural and can't feel anything. My friend came in and checked on her, hast go to the nurses station where they were sitting and laughing. We will never go to Hillcrest again. Worst experience of my life. (2 months ago)

Just had test done, the staff was awesome. Made me very comfortable and I would gladly use them again. (a month ago)
