My visit was good. I went to the ER when I got a foreign substance in my eye. They took me right in, flushed the eye and I was fine thereafter. The only negative was that I was left alone in the exam room for 45 minutes. But all’s we’ll that ends well, so I have no real complaints. (a month ago)

It took a Doctor 4 hours to come in and tell me my dad just has an old brain. Last week a NURSE told me he is suffering from Charles Bonnet Syndrome. I looked it up and it’s exactly what my dad was experiencing. Go back to school Doctor and actually listen to your patients! And the staff needs to change their attitude. When someone asks for help stop acting annoyed and do your job! Never again. It will be Florida Hospital or one in Lake Placid. Hell, I’ll drive him to Tampa before I let him go back there. I decided to edit this review and give it an okay rating, as it's i realized 95 percent of the staff were very kind to me, and did their best to help me. The problem here is rhe doctor, who i will not throw under the bus like he did to me. I have Been here twice for severe abdominal pain and bloody stools. After a battery of ridiculously expensive tests, they say they don't know what's wrong, that i was faking the pain (despite the 130 pulse and 150/90 BP) and give me proton pump inhibitors (didn't have acid reflux, or heartburn) , and an NSAID, which I said can't have as I told the admitting receptionist, my nurse, AND DOCTOR!!! I'M ALLERGIC TO BECAUAE NSAIDS GIVE ME MORE RECTAL BLEEDING. The 2nd time I came here, again my vitals were in the toilet (BP, pulse, temperature etc. Out of range) they gave me a medication for GERD. WHICH WASNT HEPFUL BECAUSE AGAIN, I DONT HAVE ACID REFLUX. Or any symptoms the gerd medication is indicated for. Since the nurses, techs and staff have to follow the orders of their sometimes careless attendings, even their kindness can't make up for the doctor's apathy. (a month ago)

One of the better hospitals I've been in. Heart surgery plus other complex procedures were accomplished professionally and without adverse issue. Staff is competent and caring. Food wasn't too bad either. Doctors and Nurses were professional and friendly. Best Hospital in this twin. (7 months ago)

Service was excellent from registration till I finish my procedure. (a month ago)
