My sister was admitted to the cardiac unit for dizziness & the sweet nurses eased our worry (esp family living out of town) by sharing how she was doing. Then she was admitted to behavioral health unit to stabilize her meds from the dizziness. They were all nice answering the phones & taking the time to communicate what was going on with her. They made this experience so much easier. We thank them so much. (a month ago)

My main reason for less than 5 star review is, I specifically gave instructions for me to be called if there were any decisions or discharge of my 84 year old mother. She lives a line! Consequently she was released with a family friend & ended up BACK IN ER THE NEXT DAY!. This could have resulted u an accident. (2 months ago)

I had a severe disc rupture. My orthopedist, Dr. Grisafi, performed a microdiscectomy and it went fantastic. I even got to go home a few hours after surgery. Prior to surgery I was going to just do physical therapy, but the pain was so bad I ended up in the ER and being admitted to the hospital on the 4th of July. The staff at the hospital was fantastic. It was also very clean. I was reticent to go there at first because I know the reputation for the staff and cleanliness in the past was poor, but they really stepped it up. I would now put the cleanliness and staff up against a Pittsburgh hospital. VERY PLEASE WITH MY CARE! (a week ago)

Two and a half hours waiting in ER, waiting area. Then 30 minutes in ER, room and no one said anything or came in my room. Wow! Not what you want to do when you are sick or in pain. Hurry up and wait! And wait, and wait. 3 and a half hours now. (2 months ago)

Spending thounds of dollars and I cannot have a guest plate of food while there with my girlfriend and new born child. This is after when we arrived the first two “professionals” we first encountered did not want to admit us because they didn’t think my girlfriend was in labor and that we are wasting their time. They didn’t want to listen to us when we told them the baby is breached and our doctor told us if you have any labor symptoms go directly to the hospital. (2 months ago)
